We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) using reliable carriers to ensure your special items arrive safely.

Shipping Options & Timelines

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx

  • Order processing: 1-2 business days
  • Delivery time: 10-15 days after shipping

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS

  • Order processing: 1-2 business days
  • Delivery time: 15-25 days after shipping

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, in original condition with all tags and packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Please note: Personalized ornaments, Keepsake Ornament Club items, and opened gift sets cannot be returned due to their customized nature.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
    • Your order number
    • Product details
    • Reason for return
    • Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
  2. Wait for authorization: We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
  3. Package securely: Include all original packaging and accessories
  4. Ship to:

    Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of your package.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):

  • Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after processing for the refund to appear in your account
  • Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement item once your return is processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.
